Awareness camp in Sangarsh Nager Chandivali
We held a camp to spread awareness about the prevention of cancer & to make healthcare more accessible to the weaker sections of the society on the 4th of March 2020. Around 40 women attended the session. Dr. Shahana Ali from the Indian Cancer Society sensitised them about the causes, symptoms & treatment of breast & cervical cancer through videos, pamphlets & posters.
Awareness Camp in Sariputnagar Andheri East
We organised a breast, cervical & oral cancer awareness camp on 23rd February 2020. Around 50 women in the 30+ age group, living in the vicinity participated in the session. They were sensitised about the most prevalent cancers like breast,cervical and oral cancer.
